Challenge 4 Change has been awarded a grant from the Oglesby Trust to fund innovative team building sessions for local community groups, charities and schools. Challenge 4 Change is a Charity serving Greater Manchester with innovative experiential learning.

Formed in 2008, Challenge 4 Change is a unique, indoor urban experiential learning facility – an ‘inward bound’ centre! Challenge 4 Change helps individuals by removing their barriers to success – whatever they may be.

The Oglesby Charitable Trust was established in 1992 by the Oglesby family, who founded and own the Bruntwood Group of Companies.  The Trust has been established to support charitable activities across a broad spectrum, and these reflect the beliefs and interests of the founding Trustee Family.

The grant will be used to fund team and confidence building sessions for local groups, where they will benefit from the expertise of qualified coaches plus the ground and high level challenges at their well equipped activity centre in Trafford Park.

The sessions will work on developing motivation, self confidence, self esteem, problem solving and interpersonal skills. It will also engender the importance of working as a team and the success, enjoyment and sense of achievement this brings.

 Chief Executive, Dave Djordjevic said,

“It is fantastic to get a grant such as this from the Oglesby Trust. Grants such as this are massively important to us so that even more local groups can access the fantastic training we do here. The Oglesby Trust has supported Challenge 4 Change over many years and we are very grateful to them.”
