Challenge 4 Change beat off stiff competition to win the Community Award at the Trafford Business Awards, sponsored by Metronet UK.  Candidates for the Community Award had to demonstrate that they had a positive effect on their local community, that they showed strong support for local charities, provided employment or training opportunities for young or disadvantaged people and contributed to community schemes.

Challenge 4 Change is a registered charity that provides learning through fun, teaching effective communication skills, team skills, inspiring confidence and motivation and enabling people to overcome their perceived barriers in order to progress.
