Available Activities

The Challenge 4 Change centre is equipped to provide a fun learning experience. Our enthusiastic trainers may only need “two pieces of string and a toilet roll” to create a motivational team building and problem solving session but here they have much more at their disposal.

There are the parallel bars, which can be used for relaxing as shown by our 2009 Great Manchester Runners here.

Team work is the key on the wall – or just a helpful shove!
